A DLL using Ernie Murphy's image procedures.

A member asked about a DLL that contained the image procedures written by Ernie Murphy. Here is a DLL that shows how its done. Make sure if you rebuild this DLL that you use the versions that were fixed by Vortex, f0dder, El_Choni, lamer, KetilO and QvasiModo. These are available in the MASM32 version 9.0 BETA in this subforum.
