Structure problem

I am having trouble with the following inc file for the intel JPG library. When I try to DUP a structure I get the following error...

Very sorry, but GoAsm had a problem.

sending any files which were used and stating:-
"Version 0.52 eip=40EA08h"

I have attached the inc file, the structure that is giving problems is JPEG_PROPERTIES. I have commented out the lines that cause the error.
