Minor permissions Change

We have just recently had a member who deleted a topic that took out the replies of other members so I have changed the member permissions so that a member can only remove his own postings, not a topic he has started. Members may delete or modify their own posts as normal but the capacity to remove a topic that has postings by other members has been removed for the obvious reason.
