RadASM multilingual support for a project

Hi

Does anyone know how best to setup a RadASM project to support multilingual builds of a project. I see there is a language option on the project menu, how does this work or effect my project? should i use preprocessor statements and vars to branch builds in my include .inc files and resource .rc files? Do a need to create a copy of dialogs for each language i build for?
