Hi Vista users,

I am tinkering with a modification of the standard GetOpenFileName dialog, using some of the
scarcely documented obscure control identifiers like lst2, cmb1 and edt1 (->windows.inc)

Could somebody please test the little proggie and tell me if you see the dialog as shown
on the attached screenshot taken with XP?

Feedback on my lousy programming style is welcome, of course - the source is included  :toothy

Thanxalot, jj

j2007,

Here's what I get in Vista Home Premium.

Thanxalot, Greg. So it works, basically, although apparently the order of the columns has changed - but that's a minor problem. But all the obscure id's (http://www.modula2.org/projects/custsavedialog.php) are still state of the art... and if somebody manages one day to decode the bags in the registry, we might even be able to change the order of the Explorer listview columns programmatically.
Merry Christmas, Buon Natale, Frohe Weihnachten & Joyeux Noel to everybody. Will check MASM at a lower frequency in the next three weeks - keep up the good work

After 3 years I can confirm it works also on WIN7/64  :U
