Using Dib questions

How does one put text on a dib?  Textout only works on dc's.

hmm, i use my own functions for text on dib/similar, so i never tested any other functions, but have you tried TextOut AFTER SetDIBitsToDevice ? it's a DC here... it should work... i think...

Thanks Nightware.  I'm just doing too many things at the same time and getting confused and forgetting what I learned last week :red

If I select the dibsection into a memory dc, I can use textout and it's still available for setdibitstodevice later.  Seems to work, anyway.
