For those it may interest, I have build a WINRESRC.H file from the Windows 2003 RC2 Platform SDK.
It should be very complete for your needs when writing resource files.

Hmmm, my english is not good enough to be sure if you're joking or not but what I meant is that making the fruit of our work available to all is in the spirit of this forum.

I had to do some tests with NASM and I realized that my old WINRESRC.H file has been included in their package as is, just renamed to resource.h. They could at least ask for my permission.
