Print Page - win32 lib files?

Title: win32 lib files?

Hi,
I would like to know where i can download win32 library files like: kernel32.lib,kernel32.dll,kernel32.inc,user32.lib,user32.dll,user32.inc ...
I know they are already included in the installation package downloaded from this website, but i want to download them separately, because i don't use this package

Microsoft PLATFORMSDK or its successor.

There is also the zipped version of the masm32 package, so you don't "have" to install it.
