Title: Resource files.

What utility if any, is used to create those rsrc files? (graphic design?)

You need a resource editor. radAsm has one, Pelle's C IDE has a very good one and there are a few old timers floating around that do the same job. Of course you can use the VC IDE to do this as well.

I use the one with the WinASM Studio IDE, very easy to use. :D
