Title: OS Problem?

Windows ME is what i am running on an older family computer and i was wondering do i need to download the legacy version for it to work?

I tried installing the most recent version and i get an error "The INSTALL.EXE file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:SetLayeredWindowAttributes"

K awesome :) Is there any great differences? Or is it only an edited version to work on older OS's?
