Yes I am a newbe
I want ot know, if it is possible to write program with Masm32 that work on PocketPc...

Only if PocketPc is true x86.

It might be best to use eVC (Embedded Visual C++), inline ASM ;) Or if it is true x86 like hutch stated then go ahead and use Masm32 ;)
