it really pisses me off, when i post new topic and after a while it is disappeared whether it is moved to different location or simply deleted. Since there is no apparent way to search my own posts, this is really a crap policy

why cant you search by user?

There is a simple response to your problem, read the subforum heading. If a topic is not related to the masm32 project it gets moved to the Workshop.

To be honest it "really pisses me off" when people are too lazy to read the layout of the entire forum and slop stuff all over the place.

By clicking on a user name, scrolling down and choosing <Show the last posts of this person.> you may see all posts of that user, with most recent post comming first.
