I get this message poping up all the time wanting to update Java. Have no
idea what it is so I delete it. It's rather annoying.
Any ideas???

Some form of virus/trojan/malware, I expect - I've never had java popup anything to tell me to update.
Java 6 sdk is out, so it may be jumping on that, but if you feel you have to update then get it from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp rather than clicking anything suspect :wink
