Do you include the newest version of the Resource editor in RadAsm ?

Hi ramguru

ResEd and RadASM are different concepts. ResEd is based on the resource editor in RadASM.

Hi Rockphorr

Not tested but you probably need IE 4.0 installed.

Hi,
Why? Win95 is a base point. Microsoft compares Win XP and other new systems with Win95.

Hi

You could also say: why does it not run under dos?

The answer is simple.
At some point you have to forget about backwards compatibility and move on.

not sure why this thread is still alive? What exactly is being discussed here?  :(

1. Some problem where ResEd does not work under Win95? (Is that the question? or is it a remnant of the "latest" version of ResEd listing?)

I am truly amazed how Ketil can guess that "some error messages" could be an "IE 4.0 not installed"  :P  :cheekygreen:

To that point...any "legacy" system should be considered to have been updated to the max it can go....IE 5.0 can be installed on Win95...and also agreeing with Ketil here...lets move on :)

Not saying throw out the Win95 boxes, just use them for "simpler" tasks...music, browsing, etc  :toothy

Shift the "development" work to a newer system, thats all.  :bg
