Title: Computer booting problem
Post by: chmiller69 on November 06, 2006, 10:16:40 PM
Hello, I just bought a new mouse, the Razer Copperhead. When I first plugged it into my computer and started it up, a blue hp screen appeared and remain there. My computer would not load up any further. So, I unplugged the mouse and restarted the computer without it until it came to the login screen and then I plugged in the mouse. The mouse works fine. I also tired it on other computers and there is no boot problem. I've tried disabling the USB Legacy in the BIOS and updating the BIOS. I have a HP Pavillion XT938. Any help would be much appreciated. How do I make my computer load up with the mouse plugged in?

Hello,
Probably responsible is a bad install.Windows has many pilotes but not all.Look at the site of the mouse and search if there is correction,pilotes... to download.
