I have no experience in multithread programming, so I wanna make a testbed for multithread vs singlethread on multicore
first test is fsincos, can I have a simpler code, one threadproc scalable to 1-8 threads instead of this beginning of an ugly solution
is TIMER and running it many seconds and stop all threads when TIMER enough to start with?, microsoft docs say avoid cpuid on multicores as it messes up stuff and only is accurate timing for one of the cores
