I can't figure out how to tell Zone Labs to allow Netscape access to the Internet.
Thanks.
Dump ZA, use Outpost.

Unfortunately, that's not an option.
I haven't used ZA for a very long time, but try this (from memory, not sure if it applies to current version): try to locate netscape in the app list, remove it, the try to use netscape to browse the web.
At this point ZA should ask wheather to allow or no.
I used it a long time ago.
But what I can remember, Open ZA, There is a programs tab, where you can add or change your program's access.
Plus, I remember a popup that let's you set this permanentely. So someone must have answer this popup wrong at some time.

I think it's a program access rights issue and not Zone Alarm.
I've been looking thru Adminstrative Tools but can't find what I need.
Try the access after shutting ZA down. If the problem goes away then it was ZA, otherwise the problem is somewhere else.

No change with ZA shutdown, but it may be Integrity Client that's doing it.
Is this Windows XP with SP2 installed?

No, it has SP1.
Netscape hates Proxies. Are you working through a proxy?

No, it's thru a Lan. I'll just keep using 3rd place IE. :-)
