Title: Underline in dialog box
Post by: Ratch on June 19, 2006, 12:09:28 PM
To the Ineffable All,
I have a unexplained phenomena here.  On my XP box, the program TUTE10-1 from ICZTUTES does not show an underline under the 'x' in Exit until I press the ALT key.  This is true no matter what program I run containing dialog boxes.  However, on my old ME box, the underlines show up immediately with having to press the ALT key.  This problem also applies to program containing menus--no underline until the ALT key is pressed.  Any ideas anyone?  Included is the file for your convenience.  Ratch

Have you checked the "Hide underlined letters..." under Desktop (right click) > Properties > Appearance > Effects ?

shantanu_gadgil,
That did it.  Thanks a load of a lot.  I had no idea that such a thing existed.  Ratch
