The idea of the attached code is to place a header on the screen and then overlay another
window below the header for data that can be scrolled.
I have marked the spot where (I think) the code fails in XP.

If any additional info is needed I will be happy to comply.

Assembling the scrap of code you are offering doesn't run on 98 or XP so I need more if you really want help.
