I'm looking for IMAGEDIT.EXE could somebody tell me where ? Thanks

If you mean the old Microsoft sdk tool, here is a version built under licence from the Whistler edition of the PLATFORMSDK.

I thought this tool help me with editing .RES files, but I think I need DLGEDIT.exe

You can use Pelles editor to edit .res files. Symantec's Resource Editor does also the job :
