I went up on the FTP site and got very confused. I didn't see SSH V 3.2.9 build 283.

Download http://ftp.ssh.com/pub/ssh/SSHSecureShellClient-3.2.9.exe, install .., check Help->About.. and u'll see your magical number - 283
