Title: when int 70h called?

excuse me! i real need your help!

I want to control Timer in CMOS.I known, I must use interrupt 1A (function 00 -> 07). but i have a problem, I don't know about alarm Timer which invole interrupt 70h,4Ah, Register 0B.... so, please tel me about them. example, when is interrupt 70h called. how much times per seconds, status of regiter 0B ....
