Title: absolute newbie
Post by: desperado_union on September 07, 2005, 01:31:51 AM
:U  have never used assembler before and have no idea how or where to start. I have a version of masm32 and the IDE that comes with it. Other than that I have nothing. Does any one know whereI can find a good tutorial from the ground up?
and just a FYI I want to learn assembler because it was recomended to me by a programmer while I was on a job shadow. He said he thought I could handle it but im beginning to get discouraged.

This is where I got my start:

I didn't do a whole lot using HLA, but the basic material presented in this book is essential.

Also check out the /help and /tutorials folders. The Iczelion tutorials are probably the best place to start learning MASM assembler.
