Version 4.00 Preview or Beta #1 (depending on feedback) is available.
Note 1: The project file (*.ppj) version is different, so once loaded in 4.0 they will not load in any previous version.
Note 2: Many changes in many places means the whole thing is probably a bit "unstable" at the moment - don't use it for "production" code.
