Title: v3.0.x POLIB and POLINK available

For those of us who ever wondered if there was any newer versions of polib.exe and polink.exe, well indeedy there are. Just grab the zipped version of Pelle's C compiler and extract the (newer) POLINK and POLIB into \masm32\bin. (Backup the originals of course.)
