i use windows xp sp2, intel pentium 4 2.0 GHZ
i do below steps in radasm:

click "option" ->"set paths" , in the debug section i charge to "D:\Program Files\Compuware\SoftICExt", that is my directory that i install softice, but the default value of radasm's debugger is ollyDbg, can i use soft-ice in radasm?

Yes you can.
You must change your Project Options Run w/debug
