Can you Imagine with a low salary you have to create a full system for a hospital management with sort time? I rather quit my job. Lots of software production manager is not a programmer, and they did not know how hard designing code for a software in a short time. If all of software company like this, I better not working on a software company. We are an artist, not a factory labor which can be pressed to work faster and harder. This is not making any sense.

Lol. Im working on my work job from 10 AM to 18 PM. And then I sleep. I dont have time working on my pet project except when I got back to my house on different town. If you see my pet project, it does not have any significant change on it.
I was once told we could triple our output! Without increasing hours, or number of employees. I asked which genius came up with this idea, and he could demonstrate it first by example.
Everyone left, and we were replaced by minimum wage people. They never did get triple the output, and management still sucked years later, before they went out of business.
