Ok,who dosed Pat Robertson, he is now for legal weed??

it would save the gov't a lot of money
in fact - they would tax it heavily and probably make out like fat rats
Say.. whadya say ?
I seem to have forgotten...

Why because we "lost" the war on drugs? People just don't like their reality and need drugs to feel good. But legalize it all; pcp, lsd, mdma, coke, heroin, meth... Don't be choosy.
The Dutch seem to have the legalisation under control, albeit a small piece of 'country' :wink
...I suppose the voice of God in his head told him it was cool,...
...(Why God would jump from exclusive residence in Ex-President George Bush's brain to a wacko-Televangelist brain is a MAJOR COSMIC MYSTERY),... :eek
...But,...what amazes me is that DICK CHENEY (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/cheney-heart-transplant-could-add-years-251/2012/03/27/gIQA8eaudS_video.html) hasn't endorsed medical marijuana yet,...
I made a list of people, the upper line are atheists, the bottom line are theists. Look at the relative size of their heads. :lol
( Coincidence? )

A lot of business interests stand to lose money if weed is legalized.
I 'm for legalization of weed for medicinal purposes and decriminalization of people caught with drugs because it's a waste of money and time putting someone in jail because they use drugs.
Effects of alcohol on society should be more of a concern than weed.
I have just seen a documentary on Portugal after it legalised everything about 10 years ago and the sky did not fall in, the country did not suddenly end up full of addicts but it cost far less by not having to police it all and in some areas it reduced addiction.
I am much of the view that you need to take the profit out of it, when you can buy smack for $10 a kilo then it will not be worth playing with, same for any other popular drug. The "War on drugs" made it profitable and this is why it probably will remain illegal in many countries, the dirty buck earned from human misery and exploitation will always speak louder than improving the lives of people who are desperate enough to seek comfort in drugs.
i think the law enforcement agencies stand to lose more than anyone
they seem to fund their small armies by taking everything the dealers own
they are better equiped than the us army :P
There all kinds of "addictions".
Some are physical, some mental, some emotional and some are spiritual.
Choose wisely !!!
Because we are all "addicted" to something.

yah - drug abuse, including alcohol, is a social issue - not a criminal issue
it requires social remedies - not legal ones
