What I found amazing is that this kind of thing must happen often enough that they have a Crocodile Management Unit to take care of it and that they actually jump in and wrestle with the croc, insaneĀ  :dazzled:

Just seen a PBS piece about Australia's kangaroo troubles. Now if you could get the crocs to control the exploding roo problem then take the fattened crocs and make shoes and bags out of them? I'm just saying. :bg

I did up a couple chopper seats last year in real croc hide, Makes an awesome chopper seat. The croc hides are very expensive though at about $300 for a small one.

Ah, the NT News. No-nonsense reporting hee hee
QuoteFemale crocodile catcher Dani Best showed up and wrestled the crocodile into submission.

I can drive about 2ks down the road and see roos, up at Uleybury, still in suburbia.

QuoteMicko Srbinovska, 42, was woken by his wife Jo Dodd who found the 1.7m saltie in the lounge room just 3m from their bedroom door about 5.30 on Saturday morning.

I think you may have mistaken the locality for their actual name Dave, :).

Dave,

Worse, it was a ray that got him with its poisonous barb.
