I was kicking around the political videos tonight after the devastating heartbreak of Canada's loss to Russia at the World Juniors and found a snippet of Hannity where he was lectured by a professor at Occidental college named Dr. Caroline Heldman. Man, is that woman smart (and gorgeous BTW) its been a while since I can say that someones view of the world and the economy struck me as more than just political posturing for either the left or the right but she does. Its really worth searching around for her appearances on the news channels, filled with some remarkable insight.

Yes I've seen some of her appearances. This for instance where Fox news representative loses the discussion when he tries to claim that 'hard working rich people are being robbed' and she points out that the hardest working people she knows are those who are poor and has to work two or three jobs to make ends meet, after which the fox rep try to label her as a 'socialist'.

Both those ladies are lovely to the eyes and Heldman speaks the truth. My opinion is when the Supreme Court gave corporations personhood rights it was America's final nail in the coffin. Corporations can feed countless dollars into any party and politician they wish to influence. Capitalism has failed us. Greed is the ruler of America and it has destroyed the middle class. We the middle class are dead, finished, caput! My only intention from here on is to try and survive for the next 20 maybe 25 years then hopefully I'll drop dead and finally be in a position to get the phuk out of here. :wink
