Hutch said he saw it LIVE. But this video sounded really she is saw that it was faked. Anyway, at 1967 is it there any color TV? If it is faked, can it be that easy? What do you think?

You have to explain the lunar retroreflectors which reflects back light to earth, these were planted on the moon during the apollo missions. It is hard to tell what really happened, The reflectors speak for itself, but the photos are really bad. A kid could see that they are faked, you can see that the pictures are basically tiled, patterns can be found in the pictures. But just because the photos are faked doesn't necessarily mean they weren't on the moon, it could just mean that the original photos were so bad that they faked them for the sake of the public. It can be a white lie in that sense.
the first color TV came out in about 1955
i didn't see it live, though :bg
my dad fixed TV's for a living
we had one in about 1965, as i remember - maybe a year or 2 before
I can still remember it as back in the 60s it was nearly a fantasy that anyone could do something like that. Looking at the actual items involved, the rockets were so large they were bigger than some city buildings and at the time we watched it live from Cape Canaveral. The mission was tracked from stations around the world including here in OZ and it would have been impossible to fool so many people around the world with something that big being tracked from Florida to the moon. Noting that the Russians also had tracking equipment if there had have been even the slightest misrepresentation of what happened they would have picked it up and publicised it.
Its easy to construct nonsense like this in the computer era with graphics, video and post processing but it needs to be remembered that in the 1960s none of this stuff existed, motion imagery was mainly shot on film and computers were still mainframe monsters.
PS: I saw Sputnik as a kid as well.
yah - i'm with Hutch on this one
it would have been hard to fake, back then
i never gave much credibility to the conspiracy theorists that want to call it a scam
Yeah, I though it was almost imposible to faking things like that on that era, well I guess hutch really credible. If you said so, so it must be true. I almost convinced if it was faked when I saw wiki article about van hallen radiation. So it got to be the USA had more knowledge on their arsenal.

And lets remember they took colour film, and cameras with them too. What's that, a 1920-30's technology, just look at the stuff that Hitler had for his home movies in the 1940's. We might all think we're really clever now, but we're standing on the shoulders of those that came before us.

At least.... So we are told....
Peter,
This is the advantage of old age, I remember the 60s well and worked for a company that had an IBM System 360 mainframe doing their accounts, mannnnnnn, you should have seen the sheer power of that 64k core storage and the flashing lights console. :bg
the city lights dimmed when you turned that thing on, too :P
i have nightmares about the punch cards
:bg
Punch cards were OK, not technically but because they required punch card operators. i remember this really good looking one I went out with way back then. :P

Yea, that one, what do you think? So the US really did already know how to breach the earth barrier? Even until now the Russian still unable to solve it.
I heard it was JFK that wanted the moon landing project right? Why did he killed? Hell. Politics out there were hard and cruel. Different thatn anything I know, youll know it if you search about JFK and his biography.
