Finally, I got the database, hope usefull. It was the root word database. It is similiar to hebrew. MLK mean King, GFR mercy, SHM listen etc. The only different is arabic had vowel from diacritic and hebrew were not, but this root word was assumed that there is no diacritic. Generally, each hebrew and arabic words is 3 letters. Arabic Diacritic is only 4, so there only 64 variant each word, and each variant determined if it is present tense, past tense or future past tense. But my data is not that far, still need a lot of research and improvement.

Sorry, just in case lots of people need this info. But Im afraid the Database will destroyed somebody bussiness, but I gained permision from the UK researchers for the database as long as I tell everyone where I got. It is from Studyquran.co.uk they are independent language research organization I guess, so I think theyr result is as neutral as we can found.
