Print Page - Can't run Hello.asm

Title: Can't run Hello.asm

Hi everybody I am new here.

In tutorial one it says:
Build this with the "Project" menu using
; "Console Assemble and Link"

I did that then I clicked on Run Program, and I just breifly saw a console window flashing.

What am I doing wrong?
Please help!

Put an inkey "hello" before ExitProcess, and you may see output. Otherwise, start the exe from a command prompt.

Most of the consoles executables just do that when you run them from windows.
Open a dos windows ( start button --> execute = cmd.exe ),you see a blackscreen.
Change to the directory of the executable,run it.The screen show you what he do.

it works!
