Whoa, could it be an evolusions? So, who did design it? The bacterium?

Nobody designed it. It does NOT have to be designed. It is simply evolution by natural selection. See Darwin... it is pretty clear how it evolved in time ;)

For an other example the human eye has the wires that get the signals from the retina placed right IN FRONT of the sensors. This is absolutely stupid design ... (but it works somehow because the brain works a lot to remove the wires from the resulting image...)

If god did design this "solution" for the human eye THEN by logical conclusion god is very stupid... go figure...
In fact there is no god (at least not like a designer) all is just evolution ;)

Isn't it peculiar how what we see is upside down in the back of the eyes where the receptors (retinas) are yet somehow the brain perceives it all in an upright position?

So I guess that bacterium design it? He see it, use it, and then complain that it was bad, and then something rethink about it and recreate it from scratch? But who? Helicase?
