Obama is looking a lot better for re-election than one may expect, Donald Trump appears to be trashing the Republican candidate race reasonably well at the moment while he has managed to badly botch the Birthist nonsense, insult the Chinese with racist attacks and champion a formula to shift America into the third world. So far Sarah Dumbcluck has stayed out of the Republican race (I would vote for the moose) and Romney is a clapped out "also ran" so Obama would have to be looking good at the moment.
Now if the Democrats can dump electoral liabilities like Nancy Pelosi and a few other cannon balls around their neck, they may actually be able to do what they were supposed to do last time.
Speaking at an event called The Reagan Revolution: From Ronald to Donald, Trump made his pitch... (http://www.u.tv/News/Is-Donald-Trump-the-most-bizarre-US-presidential-candidate-ever/9646682c-6b0b-4b03-a87e-c2083cd5ea14)
I keep my fingers crossed for him :toothy
as usual with politicians, i don't like any of them :P
donald even less - he made billions off the backs of American tax payers money
these guys start corporations which are subsidiaries
if the subsidiary makes money, they win
if the subsidiary fails, they go bankrupt, the parent loses nothing - and the taxpayer picks up the tab
so - they win, either way
Obama cannot win... He has no hair !! :green2
Ya know, hutch,...for an Australian,...you sure do have an INTENSE fascination with American politics,...
:eek ...maybe, it's because American politics is so SPECTACULARLY DYSFUNCTIONAL,... :eek
Quote from: DAVE...I don't like any of them,...
:eek ...Gotta agree with Dave on that,...in fact, I haven't liked any of them since,...I reached puberty,... :eek
i liked Ike :P
that was because we needed a general for pres at the time
before that....
.....Abe was pretty good - lol

Steve, whats so hilarious about the Chinese insults is one of Trumps interprises is a large clothing line that carries his name and that is manufactured in, where else, China! The mans a idiot!
:eek ...Clearly, all this political suicide is just a prelude to a much more sinister event,... :eek
Here's my prediction: ERIK PRINCE (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erik_Prince) will come out of nowhere and take the National Republican Party Convention by storm.
He will devastate all opposition. He's got the voice of GOD in his head.
He'll be like Jack Ryan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Ryan_(Tom_Clancy_character)) and Jason Bourne (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Bourne) combined. Completely irresistible to the average voter. :eek
...He'll probably even get an enthusiatic endorsement from George Carlin,...
:eek ...Conspiracy theorists worldwide will go nuts,... :eek

I assume you mean from the grave?(http://www.quickersoft.com/pictures/crackmeup.gif)
:eek ...Actually, I think a more likely scenario is that George Carlin WILL COME BACK FROM THE DEAD to become Erik Prince's running mate,.. :eek
I don't think George Cartling would have approved on Obama. He represents the same BS that presidents before him.
"They continue to elect this rich cock suckers that do not give a shit about them.
They do not give a shit about you!
They do not care!
At all!
At all!
At all!
Is called the American Dream, because you got to be sleep to believe in it."
- George Cartlin
Since Obama represent wallstreet more than mainstreet, I do not think that Cartlin would have supported either Obama nor Trump?
Positive change never comes from the top down. It always comes from the bottom up. Some times with revolutions, other times making the top aware and afraid. But NEVER from the top.
Why change a system where you are living great even if others are being abused? Answer: fear, or shame.
Thus the bottom must bring shame and/or fear to the top (better if both), or positive change never occurs.
:eek EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENT (This just announced on CNN) :eek
Trump Not Running for President (http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/05/16/breaking-trump-not-running-for-president/?hpt=T2)
:eek ...And, there's MORE good news: I'm not running for President, either,... :eek

:eek ...It's all about fundraising,... :eek
I read somwhere that George Bush (the Son) was the best fundraiser in history.
:eek ...Besides I have no platform,...unless, yiou consider being a pool-party activist,...a platform,... :eek
You are backing the wrong type of candidate, you need a good looking blonde with a LOT of daddies money, media savvy (paid for with daddies money), a good campaign director and a large grass roots organisation to back it up (again paid for with daddies money).
Now at the moment it looks like Obama will do OK at the next presidential election but for the one after it, forget Sarah Dumbcluck, vote for the moose in Alaska and back PARIS for PRESIDENT. (I reckon the moose would be a good candidate in Alaska and will probably do more than Sarah Dumbcluck did for them).
Thinking about it, how much impact would you have at an upcoming Senate election if your candidates were members of the BULLWINKLE party ? There is no reason to assume that he came from Frostbite Falls and I doubt that the folks from Minnisota would not support such a party if it ran.
A pity DT's not doing it.
It would have been entertaining as the 'Apprentice' - YOU'RE FIRED :bg
He's fired too many people to win enough votes, or he could see his money going down the tubes.
At least he's got his eyes open
:8)
