More worrying should be the power of drugs companies and governments as they can create viruses/wars which we cant immunise/protect against ourselves....

Microsoft has been distributing operating system software with holes in it for 30 years.... :lol

They have made some big improvements.

Their occasional progs that "don't play nice" can be looked on as an opportunity to expand your programming skills
and their  progs are "seed" for freeware, shareware, and payware vendors.

I think would get boring if all we had was Linux, Apple, etc.
