WinAsm Studio DOES support Chinese very well. At www.winasm.net, you can find a similar question and the answer

My version of WinAsm is 3.0.1.4 ,it is CANNOT display Chinese character.
But Chinese characters can be cuted or pasteed from or into the editor corectly.
It's ONLY cannot display it.
So, I cannot modify Chinese character either.

Wow! You are almost up to date! Seriously, go get the latest version from winasm.net and see some relevant topics there. WinAsm Studio has been supporting Chinese from its very first day of appearnce

YES!
Version 5.1.1.0 of WinAsm can display Chinese character well.
And can support delete one Chinese character correctly!
