Whats new:

2.2.0.1
o Added support for C/C++ (CppParse.dll)
o Added delete to start of line (Ctrl+Shift+BackSpace)
o Added delete to end of line (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
o Fixed some code block bugs (cpp) in RAEdit
o Fixed some comment block bugs (cpp) in RAEdit
o Fixed some DBCS (Chinese) problems in RAEdit.
0 Added Collapse addin. Saves collapsed blocks to project file.
o Fixed bugs in AlexMenu addin.
o Added masmType.api file. Improves data type parsing in masm.
