I decided to change out the brake on my grandson's Trek 20 Bike.
I thought it would be similar to other bikes I have worked on.
I need to find out where the spring goes that popped out.
I couldn't find an online or downloadable manual.
I remember seeing a post on usenet that had a link to a picture that you could temp store.
I could then post it to a bicycle group.
Does anyone know how I can accomplish it?
do you know the link ?
write an HTML file and target the link with an A tag
then - open it in the browser and right-click on the link and "Save Target As"
i do something similar to download firefox add-ons for permanent storage
attached is an example...
My explanation was not very clear.
I want to post a message to a usenet group.
In order for someone to understand what I would like, they need to see a picture of it.
I will scan a hand drawn drawing I made.
I found a site where you can upload photos and share, but you have to invite people.
I want anyone to be able to go to the site and see the picture.
Like this?
http://www.flickr.com/
ahh - gotcha
i use ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/) - similar to flickr
you can probably just post the picture in the forum :U

Well, pointed thread ("http://www.masm32.com/board/index.php?topic=14887.0") is sayed about that. You should post image "as" ZIP, get link to this pseudo-archive (from properties, for example), and
modify message with pseudo archive -past image as usual ("Insert Image" Toolbar button). Save post after that.
Pointed thread explain this step-by-step in "real-time" (due to that is my first experiment in this).
Alex

I recognize your avatar. It's from The Blue Lotus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Blue_Lotus), right?
:bg
It might have come from that book.
I found the avatar by looking for "bicyclist logo picture."
I thought it was funny.
