Title: Strange POPF Behaviour Under Win32
Post by: dedndave on August 27, 2010, 01:51:03 PM
has anyone else noticed strange things when using POPF under NTVDM ?
it is hard to explain because the symptoms are various and unpredictable
one of the possible symptoms seems to be that the program simply terminates unexpectedly
i would be interested to know if it is a widespread bug (or "issue") or if i have a problem - lol
i will try to create a test-bed program that demonstrates the behaviour

Don't be a tease, Dave!  Claiming various and unpredictable bugs and then not following through with examples?  You might as well be promising to hand out heroine at the methodone clinic!  Make with the testbed already!   :toothy

Heroin = a semi-synthetic opioid drug, Heroine = Wonder Woman, but I'm sure you could readily hand out either :bg
