Apologies if i am posting in an inappropriate forum.
Might there be someone in NYC who is willing to vis-a-vis, or someone anywhere willing to VoIP?
I prefer someone who's competent and sane: No Kiddies and No Fanboys.
..for what purpose?
You'll need to make yours a multiple-choice question

seems like a bot question to me
Most likely.
Delete the thread.
it's pretty sad when you have to be pervin an ASM forum :lol
but, i doubt it is a bot
yeah baby. come round my place and i show you how my entry point goes in your PE ?
seriously though. i enjoy skyping and do it quite a lot so you could always go on there and ask stuff if you were so inclined
i was wondering why you would need to convert a float to a float.
Tedd, Slugsnack: apparently you did not identify with the terms "Kiddies," "Fanboys." and "sane", so pray thee tell what vernacular i can use to expressly exclude the likes of you.
Hi Neil,
Welcome on board. You will find a distinct lack of script kiddies in here as no-one will tolerate them. I can't promise you that anyone who codes assembler is "sane" but we have a lot of highly skilled people in here who can share the insanity with you.
If you have a question or 3, feel free to ask and if any of our members can help you they will if they can.

Hey now, I don't mind being referred to as a kiddy or fanboy, but I draw the line at being called sane. There really isn't any need to get so personal.
Also, if you're looking for volunteers to help you, it's probably not best to introduce yourself with cryptic messages and then insult the natives when they try to find out exactly what it is that you're seeking.
You guys are a major PITA.
Pleased to meet you too :toothy
Now, are you going to reveal what you require help with, or continue to be a troll?
But.. but this is my first time meeting an internet troll. Presumably you take us all for retards here

He could give us lessons on politically correct trolling. Maybe in exchange for advice on code optimisation etc...?
:bg
> Apologies if i am posting in an inappropriate forum
This is the appropriate forum for all assembler-related questions. Bots are off limits, but human beings, nerds and Martians are allowed in here.

I would be more than happy to take advice either f2f or over voip. I hope OP can get it set up sometime
maybe he is trying to learn to write voip code - that would make some sense
nweissma - if that is the case, you just didn't state it very clearly
the way your first post is written, it looks like you are looking for someone to chat with :P
Bklyn huh? Over the Verrazano get off at Clove Rd, make right at 3rd light, go down Clove Rd past 3rd light and make a left into Clove Lakes park and I will meet you on the bridge by the restaurant in the park at midnight... Come alone......
yah - no cops
:bg
I know what "sane" is supposed to mean and we have all heard of script kiddies but the idiom "fanboy" is a new one on me, its not part of OZ idiom, any takers for content here ?
Got this:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fanboy
QuoteFanboy is a term used to describe a male who is highly devoted and biased in opinion towards a single subject or hobby within a given field.
i won't name the source, Hutch doesn't like them :bg
QuoteAn arrogant person who goes into an outburst every time something he likes is questioned
That is one of the descrips I found :toothy
i am leaning more toward the "Dungeons and Dragons" wizards :lol
guys that collect comic books (that part is ok) - but also have all the super-hero uniforms
One day I am going to go to ComicCon just to get a good laugh seeing adults dressed up like "Fanboys"
yes - if you have never seen the video - go to youtube and search for it - funny as hell
Brad Paisley "Cooler Online"
Jason Alexander plays fanboy - lol
the video also has Taylor Swift and Marsha Marsha Marsha Brady
oh - and Cap'n Kirk, too :P
Damn, and I thought it may have been something exotic. I kept conjuring up a Pharoah lounging around with some poor kid waving the fan back and forth. :bg
that's a "cabana boy" :P
