Hi ravi,

Welcome to the forum.

In addition to Iczelion's Win32asm tutorial set, have a look at the help files coming with the masm32 package:
Quote
ASMINTRO.HLP
dbgwin.hlp
DIALOGS.HLP
FPHELP.HLP
FPULIB.HLP
MASM32.HLP
MASMLIB.HLP
OPCODES.HLP
PROSTART.HLP

Especially, asmintro.hlp and masm32.hlp can be usefull for you.

Along with the excellent suggestions made by Vortex, be sure to get win32.hlp; learning the API will help you create very sophisticated applications.  Ultimately, there will be a need to get the PSDK.
