Thought it was worth getting the real McCoy[tm] for the Intel register and other specifications.

After having a climb through it, the main reference at the end was Agner Fog's document which is for what its worth a better technical reference than the Intel copy.

mutter, this keyboard is driving me NUTZ. Fixed another typo.

you don't have to tell me about intel pdf's - lol
they look nice - but the content just isn't what it used to be
they tend to make a bag of worms out of it

The latest manuals are very good, I have just downloaded the full set recently to keep up with the SSE instructions and they have in fact got better. Shame the rest of their stuff is looking a bit flaky.
