Print Page - where is winnls.h?

Title: where is winnls.h?

I found no winnls.h in windows.inc nor kernel32.inc. I also searched the internet for it and nothing done. I'm using LCMapString and i need those Flags variables.
Masm gives undefined symbol for LCMAP_xxxx and also LOCAL_SYSTEM_DEFAULT. Can someone help me out?

you searched the net and did not find it? i searched went to the first page and found all the defines
