Hi everyone!
I just joined this forum and in keeping with the rules, am making a post to show that I a real person. I am a retired mainframe assembler programmer who made the transition to PC assembler in the 80s and 90s. I don't do much programming anymore but still have a keen interest so will likely just watch here and lurk for a great while.
Welcome on board. We have had our chare of long term mainf4rame people who usally do well with their depth of experience. x86 is a bit quirky in comparison to big iron but its both fast and powerful once you get the swing of it. Hope you enjoy working with it.
