Installation problem with Eset software

Please forgive if this is posted in the wrong place.

I tried to install MASM32 10 this morning.
I am running Esets Smart Security. I disabled it before running
the install.

Here's what I got.
    "defective AV Scanner Warning".
Couldn't get any further.

That is just a normal message box with text, it appears your scanner must have bitten on it. This is exactly why I put the warning there.
