            invoke crt__ultoa,ebx,addr szPrim , 10   ; convert prime to ASCII
            invoke WriteFile,hFile,ADDR szPrim,10,ADDR rlen,NULL
            ;
            invoke WriteFile,hFile,ebx,4,ADDR rlen,NULL    ; write 'raw' <-------- COMMENT OUT THIS LINE, it saves the primes in binary,

so either use the first WriteFile to save them in ASCII - OR - second WriteFile to save them in binary, but not BOTH ;-)
