OpenGL ActiveX in Internet Explorer

Hi!

There is a file named ActiveGL.zip at http://www.sulaco.co.za/opengl.htm. I'd like to know if someone could translate it to assembly language because it's in delphi. I know it's about COM. So I am interrested in how to make an IE plug-in in assembly.
