It may be 'old' but it hasn't been improved because it hasn't needed to be. It works as it is, it does everything you need it to, and I don't remember it ever crashing on me.. -- why the need for an update?
That said, version 2 is on its way (http://www.ollydbg.de/version2.html)

I wouldn't trust any of the modified versions, but maybe I'm just paranoid.
