And there are 2x8259 PIC inside a normal PC (dual CPU might have more)
So you can have 16 HArdware IRQs or Interupts
First 32 (0-31) Ints are reserved by CPU for Exceptions and one should not use them :D

So you still have 255-32-16 interupts left for Software INTs
Ambition is a lame excuse for the ones not brave enough to be lazy.
